Vantaggi

They work hard to get the teams together because everyone is so spread out.

Svantaggi

This place is a mess. The floor fell out in January. A number of upper management individuals left at the beginning of the year and the company is in a bit of a tailspin right now. Teams are overworked and the gossip behind closed doors/zooms is off the charts. The C-Suite is all over the place from day to day because customers are not happy. This has led to some serious micromanagement. Here I'll put it to you this way, have you ever gone on a date with someone and been impressed at how fun and exciting they seem? They are fairly attractive and seem to have their life well put together, but after a few more dates you see that they have some anger management issues. Maybe they are not as put together as you thought, maybe their fancy car is a rental or they have never had a real job before. Then after a few more dates, you realize that all that makeup is hiding a serious facial flaw (like a third eye or a bad tattoo on the forehead). They clearly are insecure and date A LOT. I mean, a lot a lot. Then one day, you notice that they are wearing a t-shirt that says: "I gaslight for fun! Everything is fine!" So, you try to break it off, but one day you notice this new date sitting outside in their car watching you with binoculars. That is what it is like working for this company.

Vantaggi

Exciting product, interesting problems to solve, fascinating travel, great people. Lots of freedom and autonomy when doing your job, and many opportunities to work on a wide variety of projects. Compensation is highly competitive.

Svantaggi

The pace of change is very high, and you have to be comfortable with constantly changing priorities and decisions sometimes made on gut feelings.

Vantaggi

People mostly were good to work with. It was good pay while I was there and I see they have reduced pay after laying off people multiple times

Svantaggi

CEO has no strategy. CTO probably lacks deep technical skills to build something better. Toxic culture where people close to CEO & CTO are safe from layoff and see growth. Others not so much. CEO has no idea how to run company and the strategy is to hire and then lay off people. There were so many layoffs before and after my time at the company The products are okay but they speak about "revolutionizing" things. All speak. Worst part is that they keep repeating company culture in every meeting only to change it one fine day to something totally different. All smoke and mirrors. At some point the leaders were comparing themselve to Tesla and drawing parallels on how this company is going to grow like Tesla. Go figure. Thats the kind of company Join at your own risk. If you join, quickly suck up to leadership or get ready to be laid off.

I/we always appreciate hearing various perspectives, so thank you for sharing - on a personal level, I am sorry to hear this was your experience. Like any startup over the last few years, we’ve needed to make course corrections to ensure the company is best positioned to capture the market opportunity and also support our customers in the best way possible. The current team is fired up as we’re coming off a record year and are close to cash flow breakeven. Our main focus continues to be making our customers successful and becoming the #1 B2B Agentic Marketplace. Best! Kevin
