I really enjoy working at Fairphone. I left the organisation and then came back and couldn't be happier with my decision. Like every scaling tech company, there are always teething issues. However, there are so many communication channels for employees to raise their thoughts and concerns and I genuinely believe that whatever is raised is consistently listened to and tackled by the leadership team.
