The most common gripe I have and I know was shared by my coworkers in lots of positions was how HR operated. I understand the role of HR and I sympathize that it is a thankless job, but I have to admit that Fait Distribution's HR department had a lot of hiccups and seems far behind the other comparable companies I have worked for.
