I have worked for Faith Technologies for 17 years starting my career right out of High School. Faith sees the importance in advancing employees as I am living proof of that. Started in 1999 as a helper joining the apprenticeship in 2000. In 2005 I received my Journeyman's licence. Not wanting to stop there I asked for more and was given the opportunity to lead as a foreman on a few larger scale projects. From there I moved to a Superintendent role and then to a General Superintendent position. Last year I became a Project Manager. Many of daily activities are still the same as they were earlier in my career. Working with the team from helpers to engineers through their daily challenges keeps the day eventful. We view all of our accomplishments at Faith as a team win or a team fail. This is the reason I work here and am proud to say I work here.
