Very Attendance-Driven on the field side, not ideal for primary-care providers of children. Office-side may vary. Experienced journeymen coming into the Manufacturing sites need to keep an open mind. The drive for safety is a big shift if you're used to traditional construction. Hours may vary by Season/site/project. This is also a Pro, but worth a heads-up; on the field side there may be mandatory overtime. You can also request transfers to sites with hours that better suit your personal work/life balance.
