1) lack of decistion making in the higher management. 2) Only Developers are valued and othere are treated as livestock. 3) Inital compenistation is high, Increments are very low. 4) Higher managment revolve around specific people and they have high partiality. 5) Peers are like "Mind your own business" no involvement are not supportive.
