      Good pay scale, good schedule with enough seniority, new equipment/vehicles, all power gurneys and autoload systems, nice clean units (OC only)

      Svantaggi

      Hostile upper management, difficult to fight for safe working conditions, upper management intentionally understaffs units and over works crews. Profits have become a primary focus for upper management over meeting county EMS contract and response time requirements
