I didn't receive all the training I was told I would receive before they wanted me on the road without supervision running 911 calls. I hadn't received training on the documentation software or have gone to EVOC (the driving course). There was other training I never received. I told them I wasn't ready to take up shifts because I hadn't completed my training. They then asked me why I was refusing to take up shifts. I told them why and the supervisor was not helpful or accommodating for me to receive the needed training. I felt this was putting my license and my patients in danger and immediately left the company. This is a dangerous company. Falck rocky mountain needs to not serve the people of Aurora, CO.
