1. Apart from a couple of managers across departments, no proper attention is given to individual career growth. There are extremely delayed promotions. No one acts on it unless the employee has brought it up multiple times. 2. No proper leadership training is given to new team leads/managers. The new TLs have no insight into conflict management and growth mindset. They tend to give orders and expect them to be followed without dissent. If any concerns are constantly raised, instead of finding a solution, they give out bad reviews with no proper communication. 3. There have been several cases of employee's quitting over the past 3 years with/without an offer due to toxic management. Either for hogging credit or setting unreal expectations. In most cases, the concerned managers face no consequences. 4. Everyone is severely overworked and burnt out. The culture promotes overworking and also gives awards for the same. If someone raises concern on it, they very clearly deem it to be the employee's incompetence for not being able to keep up. 5. The HR department is extremely unhelpful for exiting employees. They entertain no feedback for the management or the culture in the exist interview.
