Everything else. The most toxic work environment I have ever had in my 15 years working. Management has no idea what they are doing. They do not value hardworking employees. They don't make you feel appreciated or valued. High anxiety high stress all the time. Overly micromanaged at all times. If you are a minority no room for growth in the company. Sad because I used to love this job when it had upper management who knew how to run a department and company.
