-Onboarding needs an overhaul. Either you want people fully hands on in the first few weeks, or your want them doing over 30 hours of training...can't do both.
- Probation period is very short, only 8 weeks and many fail. I've never worked anywhere with such a high probation failure rate.
- Who your Account Director is HIGHLY affects your experience at Fame.
- The workload is very intense. It's not uncommon for people to be signed off with stress or take mental health days here. I feel underpaid for the amount of work I do.
- Micromanagement is an issue at Fame.
- Providing own laptop at this day & age seems strange.
- For the size of the company, there is no HR department or rep.
