There is a casual environment along with activities throughout the year to help foster teamwork and promote volunteerism/charity. Management and team members are approachable, willing to help and are open to new ideas to grow the business and continue to develop in a digital age. Management seems committed to both individual and team success.

Opportunities for advancement are limited due to the small size of the company with no clear path for moving up. There also seems to be a divide, literally and figuratively, between the production and sales teams. Turnover rate is also pretty high and some of the technology is out of date, though they are working on fixing the latter.
