I spent most of my career painting houses and working for other people. My kids hit middle school and I thought to myself I really need to send them to college. I knew I needed to change careers but I wasn't sure what to do. A friend was an insurance agent and I knew he did well. I researched and researched and decided to join FFL. They had the highest comp and I felt their methods were very transparent. I got my license and I was off. I was not successful at first. But I stayed accountable and followed all the trainings. I am now doing very well. Thanks FFL for the career I have always wanted

* Training can vary based off the agency you're apart of * Chargebacks (sucks but it's apart of then job) * Self Employed so you'll pay for your own Health insurance * Have to pay for your own leads but that's also way you get paid so much
