Ability to make 10-40k+ month. Bonuses and trips from carriers. Starting compensation 100%-145%., Technology in place for systems, structure, scalability. Directly contracted to insurance companies for ease of submission, placement, commission. System: easy CRM and training to get plugged in for the newest agents for fast and growth. Succession plans for personal producers to grow in the company or building an agency and if you do having the ability for a multi million dollar integrity deal. Ability to see licensed agents as well as my personal story to start and within 2 weeks be contracted and getting paid.
