The conventions can definitely pump you up.

The leads are recycled. Your upline leaves you out to dry after getting contracted. You have to have a TON of money to be able to buy leads. The leads that they tell you to buy are BS. No offices to go to to help train Brand new agents who know nothing of the industry.
