If you’re looking to run your own book of business- FFL is for you If you’re looking for training from people who actually have experience and not some outside person brought in to train- FFL is for you If you’re looking for schedule flexibility- FFL is for you This isn’t a position that is meant for employee minded people. This is a position meant for those who want to be business owners and know what it takes to get there. This position is not a good fit for someone who wants to do the minimum and call it a day. This is a company that gives it to you straight and doesn’t sugar coat. They provide free training, free conventions, free CRM, they pay for your schooling to get licensed, warm leads, great commission. It’s there for those who are willing to work for it
