Commission was nice, and made some good friends along the way.

Training could have been better They encourage you to buy leads, and keep buying leads. At least twice a week they want you spend a few hundred dollars on leads. Your upline gets a part of any sale you make. But they also get money taken away if your policy gets cancelled. It’s basically a throw as much as you can at the wall and see what sticks approach. Wasn’t a lot of relationship building or anything like that.

* Training can vary based off the agency you're apart of * Chargebacks (sucks but it's apart of then job) * Self Employed so you'll pay for your own Health insurance * Have to pay for your own leads but that's also way you get paid so much
