no flexibility, poor work life balance but not too bad.

The underwriting team and the leaders are great - always want to do the right thing. Good collaboration. Good benefits. They listen to ideas. Pay is average I think.

Very fast turnaround time requirements for submitted new business, making expectations very high once you consider there are many other tasks to always be doing. Plus the incoming calls are high.
