I kept my head down, worked my A double S off (HONESTLY), greeted and treated customer like solid gold and managed every single penny as if it were my own, however, Family Video's upper management is interested in who leaders are only when the lights are on. - Not a fair assessment of job performance. - upper management is easily impressed with the fake and phoney individuals who are backstabbers, abusers, impostors, exploiters, and reckless people.
