There are no Pros I can think of, Honestly!

The entire foundation of famwork is built on the basis of smoke and lies. Sridhar A, the CEO, keeps on hiring "interns" to work on a product that does not exist. There are no full time experienced product and project managers, who can set dates and timelines for a team that can be composed of some full-time employees and some interns. There's no pay and they expect people to work according to international timelines. The management might ask you to move cities but then too pay zero compensation for it.
