Pay could be a lot better especially in the Atlanta better Was told there would be unlimited overtime when I came on board I was told there was unlimited paid time off A lot of micromanagement They expect you to work like a robot with minimal breaks. You go to the bathroom 2 minutes over your break and they will scold you for it seriously. They treat customer service terrible. Like the scum of the earth. No respect or appreciation for the customer service agents. They don’t backup their agents. Management is not getting talked to disrespectful everyday so they don’t really understand nor are they understanding. If Learn new skills you don’t get a raise. So you’re doing 3x the work for less pay . They claim to care about you and your family however schedules are terrible and change every 6 weeks. They will not accommodate your schedules because they don’t care about you or your family only themselves. FanDuel is the largest sports book platform they make millions of dollars but can’t give their employees raises for learning skills Very disappointing I thought this was a place I can grow a career. If you’re thinking of working here please read the reviews and take my word. Yes you work from home with flexibility but is it worth affecting your mental health?
