Vantaggi
The building is located in a great area of downtown. They have tons of funding so there is no chance they are going under anytime soon. Each employee gets a $20 allowance to the companies kitchen every month. And the have a mobile billboard.
Svantaggi
The idea behind this company has a lot of possibility but if they keep managing and operating the same way they have since they started, this company will continue to go no where. You can’t sign clients if you don’t hit deadlines. You can’t hit deadlines if you don’t have any employees who want to work for you. Employees at this company are just a number. Therefore everyone is replaceable, unless you are related to the managing partners or have worked with them at previous jobs. This company has no understanding of appreciation or acknowledgement for hard work. However, they are the first to berate, belittle and blame an employee. There is no sense of a team or camaraderie. But I guess that is hard to do when you employees continue to quit every other week. The managers seem to spend more time traveling the world in search of clients and writing fake reviews then focusing on their employees and creating a well-developed product. The CEO is unreachable. When he is in town, you will find him in his corner office, door shut, blinds down, never engaged with the employees to discuss ideas and design. This company is anything but transparent. Almost all meetings happen behind closed doors. Every employee has a manager who has a manager who reports to another manager. Keep in mind, this is a company of 25. Lots of layers means lots of micro-managing. They tend to reorganize every time they change their visions (3 times in 1 year). But don't worry, if you get confused, there is a seating chart that everyone must follow. This company is so desperate for new hires that they have to lie about the number of clients they have ‘signed’ as well as the salary ranges they are willing to pay. If you are interested in working here, I urge you to ask around first. There are many people willing to tell you the truth about their experience with this so called “revolutionary” company.
