      I've been at Fanatic for 3 years and the company has been through some exciting growth. There is a good variety of clients, which means the workflow is always changing and staying fresh. The company has a lovely dynamic to it, with plenty of social events and team get together. You have plenty of opportunities to drive and develop your role. I started out as a Digital Marketing Executive but was given the opportunity to take on the management role.

      Like any agency, you'll sometimes have clients who can be a bit of a handful but that is part of the role and we get to work with some pretty amazing brands.

      Great people to work with who are welcoming - good freedom on creative briefs and very knowledgable professionals/teams within the studio. Because it's a smaller studio it's easy to communicate and collaborate with other team members

      Not really a con, but they work within specific sectors (mostly hospitality & finance), so if you're looking to be more involved in areas outside of this, it might not be for you. That being said, there's a decent variety of briefs that come in (branding, print etc.) - digital is a big part, so expect to work on several b2b websites.
