Integration of existing teams and corporate restructuring can be very challenging for anyone not open to constant change and making measurable contributions to improving operations and performance. CULTURE Varies from department to department. If this is important to you, use the interview process to get a feel for the culture of your specific department and its management. Due to the nature of the industry and the vertical, it can be easy to always be "plugged in". This is not an expectation so it's on you to maintain a good balance.
