The job was okay and it came with a lot of customer complaints which is fine however the uncertainty of the job is what left me unhappy. The new starters who were hired from Dec. - Jan. were only hired till then. No matter how good you were at your job and how much you did for the Company they were not happy at all. Pay was also not great as it was only £350 per week after tax which is nowhere near enough to live comfortably. They also watched you like a hawk. If you went to make a cup of tea or had a back and forth with a customer (wasn't anyone's fault but customers) they'd question you on it and threaten your job. The employees and co-workers were great however management were horrendous. They had people who could barely speak English and whenever you asked for help after putting a customer on hold they would give you brief, unhelpful answers and when you didn't inform customers properly they would also pull you up on that! I did enjoy the overall job and would probably go work there again but some things need to change before that! Parking was also an absolute nightmare.
