The location is the only pro I guess

The boss is a narcissist, horrible and inappropriate work environment, worse job ever.

Some of the people that work there are great people.

Leadership micromanages employees. Leadership not receptive to change. The product is severely lacking and needs optimization. There is an unrealistic expectation placed on very green team members. Lack of cohesive strategy and communication. Strategic decisions lack supporting data and when questioned leadership gets defensive.
