The most interesting 6 years of my life - Recensione dipendente - Associate Director, Marketing presso Fandom

I started working at FANDOM (formerly known as Wikia) in May of 2011 and left in May of 2017. The place was my dream job, I grew from a social media coordinator to the Associate Director of Marketing in 6 years. I was able to work with amazing people on some of the most rewarding projects with what seemed like impossible goals. Achieving 250,000 pageviews in a month to one piece of content while supporting 15 other sold campaigns comes to mind as one of my favorite challenges. FANDOM (formerly know as Wikia) offered me the opportunity to invest in real relationships while working on growing my skills in; data analysis, project and resource management and a knack for problem solving. As an organization we laughed together, we grew frustrated together, we partied together and we cried together. I've attended 3 funerals for people who I still miss today. To call them simply co-workers would be an insult. I'm only an elevator ride away from some of my favorite ex-coworkers and I still make time to see most of them. Some became friends, some became family, some were lost 😔and some still dislike or even hate me. 😄#ImNotPerfect - Awesome office with a picturesque communal rooftop deck for happy hours and emotional conversations. - Decent salary and PTO - Fun holiday and summer parties - A place to grow your skills if you truly care about learning how the site works and why it works the way it does.
