The salary is very competitive, and it’s a great place for young, ambitious creatives who want to accelerate fast. CEO is very supportive.

The competitive atmosphere can be intense and sometimes draining. Many projects remain in concept phase and never see the light of day, which can feel frustrating. Probably not the best fit for senior designers looking for a stable, lean-back work environment.

Met amazing extremely talented people. Its great to start a career here since theres more structure. People are given autonomy over thei work.

At the end of the day agencies are hard, theyre always changing and so was fantasy.
