Employees receive little to no training the environment is very unwelcoming employees are overwhelmed with the work load and the little pay we are offered tips and can not accept them even if it gets busy management is very difficult to work with employees are constantly overworked most of the time there are only two people running the cafes the company works good employees to the ground until they have no choice but to put their mental health first and put In their two weeks the company only hires experienced baristas so they don’t need to train them on the first day you are expected to prepare drinks and take orders you’re thrown to the wolves and judged if your abilities are not up to who ever the manager is at the time and your coworkers standard it’s up to employees to figure out what to do with little to no guidance when higher ups visit stores most of the time they are surprised to see some people have not quit and when asked about it the conversation gets redirected and brushed off with laughs which speaks volumes management talks about you with your coworkers and other management it does not matter who you are it’s sad working in a toxic environment takes a toll on you
