Flexible hours, great benefits, everyone is friendly and will help you out if you need it. Great place to gain experience.

The only con I can think of is it is hard to get on a different shift. It is really dependent on how many people are in each shift and how many machines need to be filled per shift.

The hours are very flexible and Fridays are just half days. Management is easy to get along with and the technicians are fun to work with. Work isn't too demanding and the break rooms and new offices are nice.

During my time, there was a lot of overtime. Too much put on the company's plate at a time and deadlines reflected that. Communication and organization need a drastic overhaul in my opinion.
