Really a lack of retail experience from the people running above, willing to push shops to be unsafe, dirty and crowded to potentially squeeze a few extra pennies out of it. Mould growth across shop locations. Ive never seen a level like this. Use and pushing shops to use AI generated images which greatly impacts our planet and wildlife. Counter-intutive to the core goal of animal protection of the charity. Shaming staff for speaking up about area managers/head office pushing, unfair loads and toxic language which was impacting staff health. putting store wide emails about not taking 'constructive critism personally' They would blame lower footfall caused by amber storm warnings and conditions on the shops not putting out enough stock/caring enough for example. Utter absence of training in store. No work life balance, having to do unpaid overtime to keep the store in REASONABLE condition
