The people. They are the reason most people continue their employment at Fast Epp. The social connection to peers is excellent. Interesting range of buildings, some bridges too. Flexible hours and no micromanagement (mainly because nobody has the time for it, even if they wanted).
Svantaggi
Upper management lack clear methods for workload distribution and resist hiring additional resource, they’d rather work everyone to the bone and then not reward them. Zero understanding of burnout and recovery time due to burnout. Overtime is over-valued and over-rewarded. Mentor meetings are futile due to overworking and no time for implementing what is discussed. Not a clue how to grow a business efficiently and healthily.
