It has a very laid back work environment. I like most of my co-workers and my boss because they are very nice people. The work isn't too hard and clients we deal with are generally easy to work with.

Not much upward mobility if you're doing one of various admin jobs and the pay is honestly not that high. In terms of what I do, I don't feel like I'm really doing much nor that there really is much more to do in this job (I feel like I get all my work done even when I'm pretending to work maybe 30%~40% of the time). However, the amount of work I get also fluctuates very wildly from season to season, depending on volume of student enrollments.
Title of my job also doesn't really reflect what I do. It maybe reflects half of what I do. The other half of my work seems completely unrelated to what my title says. It makes me wonder what management is trying to guide my career towards.
Management doesn't seem 100% put together at times. Can be rather forgetful about some things I ask them unless I pester them with frequent follow ups (which can be a bit annoying). Co-owners also don't seem to be on the same page with various things, so it creates confusion when one of them says one thing but the other says something else.
Benefits are meh. I get insurance, but otherwise, not much in terms of vacation time and sick leave if you're still relatively new here. I would like to take an actual vacation (not just the occasional three-day weekend) without worrying about my meager income too much.
