Working here is a gamble, you’re promised $16.50 for 2 weeks of training if you don’t get a sale the 2nd week you are out and Salary is reduced to $8.25 they let you sign for this on your first day. Too late you already committed because you are already there. Disclose this in the interview after 2 weeks . 2nd week you are out and paid at $8.25 because you had no sales. Sales depend on the leads you give, if clients don’t qualify for program how do you close them? Subjective employment, robotic environment they want you to give clients your cell number but you can’t use your phone at the desk. Toxic training environment they constantly joke about if no sales you won’t be here.
