Vantaggi
Working at Fast Track was a truly special experience. From day one I felt welcomed and treated with respect. The people here are not just talented, but also kind and supportive — it really feels like a family. The company has a very modern approach to work, with tools and ideas that keep everything fresh and exciting. It’s a dynamic place where things move fast, but you’re always learning and growing. I loved how open the culture is — you can share ideas, and people actually listen. The energy, the teamwork, and the passion of everyone around me made every day enjoyable. The recruitment process at Fast Track was amazing. I was assigned to my dedicated recruiter, Barbara, and she was incredibly supportive. At first, I wasn’t sure if I was ready to go through all the interview stages since I needed a job quickly, but Barbara reassured me, guided me at every step, and communicated with me before and after every meeting. I always felt valued and supported — it truly made me feel special and needed. In the end, it was 1000% worth it! Never regretted a single step. Huge kudos to Barbara and the entire recruitment team for making my first journey so wonderful. The equipment provided is top-notch. I had never used a MacBook before, and it took me a little time to get used to it, but now I absolutely love it. It’s modern, efficient, and fast, a real game changer. Everything came brand new, along with all the necessary Apple accessories, which made working so smooth and enjoyable. The office is incredible, best sea view on the island, breakfast, soft drinks, and even six or seven types of milk! The space is bright, open, and welcoming. I had my own personal table with a wide-angled screen, which made working comfortable and productive. The company also offers great wellbeing allowances and sponsors sports activities like paddle, yoga, and even scuba diving. Fast Track is a truly great place to work. I miss it with all my heart!
Svantaggi
Fast Track is still a young company in a very fast-growing and constantly changing industry. That means things can sometimes feel a bit unstructured, with priorities shifting quickly. It’s exciting, but it can also be challenging if you prefer stability or very clear processes. Like many startups, there are moments when you need to adapt fast, wear different hats, and be comfortable with change. For some people, that’s part of the fun, but it may not suit everyone.
