Don't Bother Applying - Recensione dipendente - Customer Service Associate presso Fast Track IT

Pay is way below average (the reason I left), the boss does not stand up for his employees or listen to their concerns, there is no AC, and it is horribly hot in there, it is Cold in the winter as they leave the doors to the warehouse open all year long, no perks to company products, You could be there 4 years and still not get a raise (I was there 3 years and left due to not getting a raise). The manager won't fight for his employees as he is in the hot seat himself and doesn't want to stir the pot with his bosses! Walk around the warehouse and just ask the employees still there.
