I used to enjoy working at the company, especially under the previous General Manager who led with fairness, professionalism, and genuine care for the team. Unfortunately, after their departure, things changed for the worse under the new management. There’s now a serious lack of transparency and growing favoritism. Those close to management — even if they contribute little — are protected and favored, while hardworking and responsible employees are overlooked or let go. Several team members who performed well and loved their jobs were terminated without proper notice, with the excuse of budget cuts. But when questions were raised, management twisted the story, claiming these employees were underperforming — when that simply wasn’t the case. Even during meetings, there’s no sense of professionalism. Instead of focusing on important tasks, certain individuals are allowed to speak inappropriately, even curse others over personal matters in front of the whole team. Management does nothing to address this behavior, choosing instead to stay silent. As a result, many high-performing employees who truly cared about their work ended up resigning. The work environment has become toxic and discouraging. At the same time, workloads keep increasing with no proper recognition, no pay raise, and overall, the compensation remains below industry standards. It’s disheartening to see such potential go to waste because of poor leadership and lack of support. I truly hope the company takes a hard look at these issues and makes real changes before more good people walk away.
