Wonderful group of people to work with and work for. You are expected to work hard and apply yourself in all you do, but this company will also do figurative gymnastics to accommodate one's personal/family needs and schedules. Great place to be. Challenging, fast-paced industry.

Have not experienced many cons. Better technology / business initiative integration & coordination, perhaps.

Management doesn't care about job performance, you can just cruise thru and collect a paycheck as long as things 'look good'. Substance or actual business knowledge mean nothing just need to stay on the owners' 'good graces' and tell them they are doing a great job running the company into the ground.

Having to listen to the employees and managers talk like they know what they are doing, but nothing ever gets accomplished and the same problems arise day after day.
