- General Manager and staff is very friendly. Each person went out of their way to help make sure I saw some level of success. - For a college job, the pay and benefits are great. Having sick PTO and pay above minimum wage is great benefit. Also, since local managment is so close, it was easy to call out with no problems given. - Best part is the knowledge you gain about doing sales.

- Full time pay is not the best with very little opportunity for raises. - Very decentralized, Oftentimes I was given no direction on what I should work on.

Pay is low based on competitors. Politics, lots of it. Cost-centers everywhere. Everyone has to make money off the branches: the hub, NA, regions, support, etc. Being a GM is probably one of the hardest jobs. Your job on the lean team is to support NA and the branch. It is hard to fully support both at the same time. It is a balancing act that frequently is blamed on you. Frequently, your coworkers just want to put their name on your work and create problems because of their egos.
