      Many friendly faces! If you're the type to only see what's wrong with a team or a person, maybe the problem is with you. Even the most strict rule-following manager still had a good attitude the vast majority of the time.

      No matter how valuable your review says you are, they still strictly follow disciplinary policies... including immediate termination if you are caught "stealing time."

      You get to meet great people along the way. POS system is a great tool.

      Fastenal does not do performance reviews. Trying to get a raise is near impossible. When you ask for a raise they upper management says that you need to sell more..... Fastenal seems like it's trying to weed out there tenure employees and higher college grads with no experience and little pay to replace seasoned personnel.
