      Growth within the company good experience given accounts I can't think of anymore pros to fastenal

      Very low pay compared to rest of industry Very Poor management Wrong people get promoted Very little time off Expected to work hard and long hires for pay that is less than I received in the military They don't give raises but say you get a raise through commission and the commission is lacking by far compared to any other real sales position, entry-level or not.

      Good job to have during college. People are easy going and easy to get along with. Overall really good experience

      You get to meet great people along the way. POS system is a great tool.

      Fastenal does not do performance reviews. Trying to get a raise is near impossible. When you ask for a raise they upper management says that you need to sell more..... Fastenal seems like it's trying to weed out there tenure employees and higher college grads with no experience and little pay to replace seasoned personnel.
