      You learn to work under pressure. If you are capable of finding and building the relationships, the job can be simple. But it requires a lot of time.

      - Poor Bottom Up communication. The higher ups do not like to listen to those below. - Read the other reviews. They really cover it well.

      You get to meet great people along the way. POS system is a great tool.

      Fastenal does not do performance reviews. Trying to get a raise is near impossible. When you ask for a raise they upper management says that you need to sell more..... Fastenal seems like it's trying to weed out there tenure employees and higher college grads with no experience and little pay to replace seasoned personnel.
