I was great at providing support to the sales team and could do the sales as well but since I was the sales support I had no one to turn to for help and had to instead rely on myself to do all the work creating, balancing, supporting, providing, ordering for, and managing all the accounts. You're sales, sales support, market research, accounting, procurement, VMI, and prospecting all in one but only get paid for the sales. Its worth getting into to build your resume but I wouldn't plan on sticking around.
