      On your own with not much info. from above you. You learn from mistakes you make.

      Never know when the truck will arrive so you can get on your way to your stops, 20' bundles suck , truck needs repaired your doing it on your own time, get paid on the 1st and the 16th and if on weekend automatically goes to Monday, checks don't give breakdown of your mileage and other incentives (could be getting ripped off), store employees don't have to help you while your struggling, pay that you make is not worth the responsibilities you have, insurance for family is over $250 per check, stores love to complain about you,

      Good job to have during college. People are easy going and easy to get along with. Overall really good experience

      You get to meet great people along the way. POS system is a great tool.

      Fastenal does not do performance reviews. Trying to get a raise is near impossible. When you ask for a raise they upper management says that you need to sell more..... Fastenal seems like it's trying to weed out there tenure employees and higher college grads with no experience and little pay to replace seasoned personnel.
