      You don't work weekends and it is day shift. You are able to get away from the store.

      Management is terrible. Will lie to you, lie about you. Won't give you proper training. Discipline you in front of other co workers. Insurance is terrible for a major company.

      Good job to have during college. People are easy going and easy to get along with. Overall really good experience

      You get to meet great people along the way. POS system is a great tool.

      Fastenal does not do performance reviews. Trying to get a raise is near impossible. When you ask for a raise they upper management says that you need to sell more..... Fastenal seems like it's trying to weed out there tenure employees and higher college grads with no experience and little pay to replace seasoned personnel.
