Weakest managment ive ever worked with, causing high turnover (seems intentional) Loyalty only flows up at Fastenal. When understaffed, employees expected to do jobs of multiple people. Deny people vacation time for important life events so they quit. Managers talk at you not to you causing people to quit. Managers scheduling hiccups become the workers problem, leading them to quit. Management discourages employees seeking accomodations. Managment unable to meet company expectations for conduct.
