Compensation is decent and management is somewhat encouraging at times .

Training! Spending time with reps in field. Management is spread too thin and instead of continually working with their struggling sales reps it's easier to write them up and move them out. 6 months is not enough time to build a dilapidated territory and constant turnover doesn't help. Working with a rep 3 times in 7 months within their territory does not constitute training. Territory is far too large to build as the Ivory tower would like it to be built.

My team is great, very responsive and everyone is a joy. My boss is great, responsive but doesn’t micromanage. I personally think I’m compensated very generously. Great benefits.

It’s a smaller company so room for growth is a bit limited.

Atmosphere was decent. Benefits were excellent.

At the time there were times of the month or even the week where many in this position had ample downtime. They would let you go home but required that you use your PTO as do most places. But honestly at the time, the positions could have been part-time because there were multiple days a week where work load was extremely light or even non-existent in some cases. I would have much rather been allowed to go home with no pay than to sit an pretend to seem busy. If you are paying me to work, I want to actually work.
