Office environment is very casual, but fast paced. Even if you have experience in the transportation and logistics industry, you haven't seen this. I knew nothing about Fastmore until I applied, but it is one of the best decisions I have made. The entire team is invested in making everyone as successful as he or she can be. There's no stuffed shirts, and management is extremely accessible. Fastmore is a younger player in the game and hungry for a bigger piece of the pie.

At times, overnight issues can be difficult to resolve, but everyone recognizes the limitations.

pay is super low for all the work required. Managers are nice to you as long as you hit your goals. If you don't, you will keep getting bombarded/micromanaged to do so.
