I had the opportunity to rotate across different departments, which allowed me to understand the entire end-to-end shipping chain — from order processing to delivery. This hands-on exposure gave me a comprehensive understanding of operations and logistics. The team was supportive, and the environment encouraged learning.

      Workload can be high during peak seasons, and processes can feel a bit rigid at times. Career progression might require patience.

      The Houston office has a great team that is knowledgable of the Maritime industry and is in tune in finding candidates and clients whats hot on the market. The atmosphere is truly a sales floor with senior recruiters that are always looking out to help and improve on weekly and monthly goals. If you are willing to give 100% and have the drive and desire to succeed in sales, this is the place to be. It is a hard working office with the ability to develop your own brand as a recruiter. Daily support from the South Hampton office is great.Compensation and benefits are good. Overall a great place to work.

      I have nothing bad to say about the company. The were fully supportive in training me and helped me improve on my weaknesses in sales. The only reason I left was due to my desire to go back to seagoing job.
