There was little to no recognition for accomplishments, and suggestions for improvement were dismissed. The environment became toxic as employees competed for unattainable targets.

      A few friendly coworkers and a flexible work setup, but those are the only redeeming features. Leaving was by far the best decision I could have made.

      - Employees are constantly pressured to meet impossible quotas and tight deadlines. - Support is nearly nonexistent. - Hard work and effort go completely unnoticed. - The only time management pays attention is to criticize mistakes.
